TO SING:

If you would like to sing a song, please fill out this form with all information as requested. Your song request is sent via email as  soon as you hit the "submit" button. If you think your song is not "karaoke mainstream," please put a back up song under the Special Requests section.

CHANGES:

If you want to change your song or if you will be leaving before you will be called, please send in another request with your ORIGINAL SONG information and let me know what has changed in the Special Requests section.

STILL WAITING...

 I try to get in as many performances as possible during my shows!  If you feel that you have been waiting a very long time or if you see the same singers up in the rotation multiple times after your request was sent, please come up and see me so I can  take care of it.
